When you create your account via our Yelp integration you will see the Yelp logo on the Knowledge Intents. The information is imported at the time of Goodcall agent creation and then updated on a daily basis in the morning.
Open hours are an example of data which is automatically synced with the Yelp system on a daily basis. We also import special hours for holidays.
