Can I add others to goodcall?

The solo plan will cover you for one phone number and one staff member.   When you are ready to add another person you will need to upgrade to either Pro or Premium.   Pro will provide you with up to 5 users and the Premium plan is Unlimited.   

When you add a user, they can update your agent settings, view the calls and receive messages from the message taking service.

Click "ADD USER" in the Agent Settings --> Manager users tab of Goodcall.  


Once you have activated Pro or Premium, you will be able to get a unique URL to share with the team members you want to join Goodcall.
